Questions about the bill
Is there a minimum term?
No. The annual subscription is cheaper, but neither monthly nor annual ties you in: you can cancel whenever you like and the service runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the amounts you see are final. There is no small print that shows up on the invoice.
What is the commission on sales?
A percentage of what you charge through Ordeli, which drops with the plan. It is separate from the payment gateway fee, which goes to the gateway and not to us. Both are broken out on every plan card.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Ordeli runs in the browser: a tablet, a laptop or the phone your team already has will do. If you want to print orders or receipts, any network thermal printer works.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, at any time and from the panel. Whatever is left of the period is prorated.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you do not activate the subscription, the venue stops being able to operate until you do, but your menu, your tables and your history are still there.
