These terms govern the use of the Ordeli platform, a SaaS service that digitises the at-table experience for restaurants.

2. Registration and account

To access the service you must create an account providing real and accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Plans and billing

Ordeli offers monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices include VAT where applicable. You can change or cancel your plan at any time without penalty.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake to use Ordeli lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or attempting to access other restaurants’ data.

5. Limitation of liability

Ordeli is not liable for service interruptions arising from causes beyond our control. We commit to maintaining 99.5% availability.
